How Does the WebP to PDF Converter Work?

The CompressFly WebP to PDF converter turns WebP images into PDF pages for printing, sharing, or submitting as a document. There’s no need to convert your files to JPG first. Combine several images in one PDF, with one image per page, or save them as separate PDFs. Pages can fit standard paper sizes or follow the images’ proportions. Your files are processed locally in your browser instead of being uploaded to a server.

What "processed locally" means

  • Your WebP images are not uploaded to a processing server
  • Conversion takes place on your device
  • Your PDF or ZIP is generated locally for download

Combine WebP Images into One PDF

Bring related WebP images together in one document instead of sending separate attachments. Each image gets its own page, in the order you choose.

One PDF for the Whole Set

Four WebP images become one four-page PDF, with one image per page. Keep a set of product pictures, illustrations, or visual references together for sharing or printing.

Separate PDFs in One Batch

Keep files separate when each image needs its own attachment. Four WebP images become four one-page PDFs, downloaded together in a ZIP rather than merged into one document.

Why Use CompressFly to Convert WebP to PDF?

Easy to Use

Make a document from saved WebP images without learning a PDF editor. The straightforward workspace keeps a small conversion task from becoming a formatting project.

No Extra Conversion Step

Your WebP files can go straight into the converter. You do not have to create and manage a second set of JPGs just to get a PDF.

No Installation Required

Create the PDF in your browser without a desktop converter or extension. This is handy when you only need a document copy of a few saved images.

Ready for Document Sharing

A PDF brings your images into a format used for reports and submissions. It is an easier way to send a document when separate web image files are inconvenient.

Free Without an Account

You can use the converter and download the finished document without signing up. There is no subscription or payment step for the conversion.

Files Stay on Your Device

Saved images are handled locally in the browser. Your WebP collection does not need to be uploaded to a processing server to become a PDF.

WebP to PDF FAQs

How do I convert WebP to PDF online?

1. Select the WebP images you want to convert. 2. Arrange them in the order you need and choose whether to combine them. 3. Click “Convert to PDF” and download the result.

Can I combine multiple WebP images into one PDF?

Yes. “Combine all images into one PDF document” is selected by default. Arrange the images before converting; each gets its own page in that order. To include JPGs, PNGs, or other supported formats alongside WebP images, use Image to PDF.

Can I batch convert WebP files into separate PDFs?

Yes. Turn off “Combine all images into one PDF document” to save a one-page PDF for each image. When you convert multiple files this way, the PDFs are downloaded together in a ZIP. A single image produces a PDF download directly.

What happens to transparent backgrounds?

Transparent areas become white in the PDF. WebP transparency is not preserved, so a transparent logo or cutout will appear against a white page.

Can I convert animated WebP to PDF?

An animated WebP is converted to a still image on a single PDF page. The PDF won’t play the animation, and this tool does not create a separate page for every frame.

Can the PDF page fit the image without extra borders?

Yes. Choose “Fit to image” with the margin set to “None” to avoid adding a border around the image. Borders already in the image are not removed. You can also use A4, Letter, or another standard paper size in portrait or landscape; different image and page proportions may leave white space.

Will converting to PDF change the image quality or file size?

Images are re-encoded as JPEGs inside the PDF, so some fine detail may change. This is not a lossless conversion, and the PDF may be larger than the original WebP files. Keep the originals if you need them, or use Compress PDF to reduce the size of the finished document.

Is this WebP to PDF converter free and private?

Yes. It is free, with no registration or credit card required. Your images are processed locally in your browser, not uploaded to a processing server. There is no software to install.
